Events & registration

RSVP that doesn't need a separate form tool.

Physical gatherings, small groups, and special events all live on the same calendar as your Sunday service — with a capacity cap, guest RSVP with no login required, and an automatic confirmation email.

How it works

One calendar, four kinds of gathering.

Create a live service, community room, physical gathering, or external event Set an optional capacity cap and registration window Members — or guests, no account needed — RSVP in one tap An automatic confirmation email goes out; the cap enforces itself

The same list and calendar view your congregation already checks for service times.

What's included

Built for how churches actually gather, not just Sundays.

Capacity limits

Cap it, and it stays capped

A marriage course or small-group launch can enforce a real registration limit.

Guest RSVP

No account required

A first-time visitor can register for an event before ever creating a login.

Confirmation emails

Sent automatically

Every registration gets a confirmation, with a cancel option built in.

Calendar & list views

Browse however members prefer

A full month grid or a simple upcoming list — both stay in sync.

Four gathering types

Not just livestream services

Physical gatherings, community rooms, and external links register the same way a service does.

Reminders

Push and WhatsApp

An optional "remind me" nudge on push or WhatsApp, on whichever channel a member uses.

Event page with Remind me / Add to calendar, and the admin Event Management calendar with a live registered count.
Coming soon

A reminder that actually fits the gathering.

Today, "remind me" fires the same short window before every event — fine for "go turn on the stream," not much use for "leave time to get there." We're building a lead time that fits the gathering: the same quick nudge for a livestream or online call, a day-before nudge (with a same-day follow-up) for a physical or external gathering — and a reminder email sent automatically to anyone who RSVP'd to one, guest or member, without them needing to separately opt in.

Questions

Does this replace our event calendar?
No — it's built into the same calendar, so a marriage course sits right alongside Sunday's service and a small-group event.
Can a capacity cap actually stop registrations once full?
Yes — once a cap is reached, further attempts are declined rather than silently over-booking the event.
Do members need to be signed in to register?
No — a guest can register with just a name and email; if they later create an account, their registration carries over.
What if we cancel or move an event?
Registered members can be reached directly since their contact details are already on file for that event.
Do RSVP'd guests get a reminder automatically?
Not yet — today, a reminder requires a separate "remind me" opt-in. A reminder tied directly to the RSVP itself, with lead time that fits the gathering, is on our roadmap.
