Congregation-wide comms

One announcement, sent safely to everyone who needs it.

Compose once, pick an audience — everyone, or just a role — and send. A real send pipeline, not a BCC list that risks your church's email reputation, and a genuine one-click unsubscribe that's actually respected on the next send.

How it works

Compose, choose an audience, send.

Write the announcement once, plain text or simple paragraphs Choose the whole congregation, or just a role — leaders, volunteers, everyone A live recipient-count preview shows exactly who'll receive it Sends safely in the background — never a slow, risky bulk email blast

Anyone who's opted out is skipped automatically — every time, not just once.

What's included

Built to be safe at church-wide scale.

Audience segmentation

Everyone, or just a role

Reach the whole congregation or a specific group — volunteers, leaders, or members.

Safe sending

Rate-limited, background delivery

Sends run asynchronously so a large congregation never risks a timeout or a spam flag.

Real unsubscribe

One click, genuinely respected

A member who opts out is skipped on every future send — not just hidden from the next one.

Send history

Know what went out, and to whom

Every send is logged — sent, failed, and skipped counts, all visible afterward.

Alongside WhatsApp

Not instead of it

Use email for announcements today, and WhatsApp for prayer, devotions, and event reminders — both on one platform.

No BCC spreadsheets

One source of truth

No more maintaining a mailing list by hand in a spreadsheet.

Announcements composer — subject/body, audience picker by role, and a live recipient-count preview.
Coming soon

The same announcement, sent by WhatsApp too.

Right now, a church-wide announcement goes out by email — the same audience picker, the same safe async send. We're working on a WhatsApp leg for the exact same composer, for congregations who read WhatsApp before they ever open an inbox. It needs its own approved message template from Meta before it can go live — the same kind of approval step the WhatsApp devotion and reminder features already went through.

Questions

Will this get our church's email flagged as spam?
Sends are rate-limited and run in the background specifically to protect your sending reputation — not a raw bulk blast.
Can members opt out?
Yes — a genuine one-click unsubscribe, respected on every subsequent send, not just the current one.
Can we target just our volunteer team?
Yes — audience selection is role-based, so a send can go to a specific group rather than the whole congregation.
Does this replace WhatsApp announcements?
No — it runs alongside it. Email is where church-wide announcements live today; WhatsApp already carries prayer, devotions, and reminders, with a WhatsApp announcement leg on our roadmap.
