Kingdom Spaces doesn't force one video pipeline on every church. There are two separate questions here, and they're easy to conflate — so we keep them apart on purpose.

Today, "where does the broadcast come from" has one honest answer with no added delivery cost: a YouTube channel you already have — reliable, and nothing extra to pay us for it, but your service is still delivered under YouTube's own policies, ad rules, and content restrictions.

There's no added delivery cost with YouTube because it's someone else's infrastructure — and someone else's policies — doing the work. We're building a native delivery path — your service streamed through Kingdom Spaces' own infrastructure (via Bunny's CDN), not YouTube's — so a church that wants full control isn't stuck choosing between "YouTube's rules" and "building it yourself."

Broadcast is one-to-many. Prayer and community calls are different.

A Sunday broadcast is one stream, watched by everyone — that's what YouTube (or your existing source) handles, and it costs nothing extra because you're not hosting the video yourself. Prayer calls and community rooms are real two-way video conversations, several people talking at once — that runs on Kingdom Spaces' own real-time infrastructure, not YouTube.

Questions

Do we need a YouTube channel to use this?
It's the easiest option, with no added delivery cost — connect your church's own channel and manage broadcasts from your admin. If you'd rather stream through Vimeo, Facebook, or another provider, you can embed that instead; the chat, prayer wall, and engagement cards work the same way regardless of source.
Does connecting YouTube cost anything extra?
No — you're streaming through your own YouTube channel, so there's no additional video-delivery cost on our side. It's the reason YouTube is the default recommendation for most churches.
Is the native (non-YouTube) streaming option available yet?
Not yet — it's on our roadmap, not live today. YouTube is the real, working option right now. We'd rather tell you honestly what's coming than imply it already exists.
What's actually different between plan tiers, then?
Not the broadcast experience — every tier gets the full chat, prayer wall, and engagement cards. What scales by tier is real-time, two-way video capacity: how many concurrent prayer calls or community rooms your congregation can run at once.
Can guests (not signed in) chat or submit prayer requests?
Yes — guests are treated as first-class: a session works before any login, and requests can be linked to an account later.
What if we don't stream live every week?
Simulated-live playback lets you replay a pre-recorded service in sync for every viewer, keeping the same chat and prayer-wall experience.
Does this work on the mobile app too?
Yes — chat, prayer wall, and notes all carry over to the Kingdom Spaces mobile app.
